Alopeyk is looking for a highly analytical and motivated Business Analyst to join our Business Line team. In this role, you will analyze customer and courier data, identify business needs, and propose data-driven projects to improve performance and support growth. You will work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure that business needs are clearly translated into effective solutions.

 : Key Responsibilities

Analyze data related to customers  and couriers to identify trends, behaviors, and pain points

Detect bottlenecks and opportunities across the business line to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction

Propose and define projects to address identified issues and support business growth

Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align initiatives and ensure seamless execution

Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to monitor performance metrics and support decision-making

Support A/B test design and evaluation to optimize operational and marketing strategies

Translate data insights into clear, actionable business recommendations

Track business line KPIs regularly and proactively flag any anomalies or deviations from goals

Conduct competitor and market research to inform product positioning and operational strategy

Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and users to continuously refine and prioritize business initiatives

 : Requirements

Strong command of SQL, with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Metabase, or similar

Solid analytical thinking with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Familiarity with logistics, marketplace dynamics, or product development is a plus

Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
