We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex projects, handling multiple initiatives at once, and driving impact in fast-paced environments. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.


Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple product initiatives, from discovery to delivery.
Drive execution of complex projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
Define and prioritize product requirements based on user needs and business goals.
Analyze performance metrics, gather feedback, and continuously improve product outcomes.
Work with B2B clients to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Explore and utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and support decision-making.
Participate in scrum meetings (standups, retrospectives, etc.) and ensure complete documentation of Jira. 

Requirements

+3 years of experience in this field
Proven experience managing complex and multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with large organizations and/or B2B clients is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Great project management.
A can-do attitude with excellent problem-solving skills despite tight deadlines or limited resources.
