The Creative & Art Director is responsible for leading and overseeing the creative direction of the Marketing content. This role manages the Graphic Design and Copywriting teams, ensuring all creative outputs are aligned with brand identity, marketing objectives, and business goals. The Creative & Art Manager acts as a bridge between strategy and execution, transforming concepts into impactful creative deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the Graphic Design and Copywriting teams
- Maintain the brand’s visual and verbal identity across all channels
- Develop creative concepts and oversee their execution from idea to final delivery
- Review, approve, and provide constructive feedback on designs and copy
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product teams to support campaigns and launches.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and creativity across all creative materials (digital, print, social media, campaigns, etc.)
- Plan and manage creative workflows, timelines, and priorities
- Stay up to date with design, content, and creative industry trends
- Optimize team performance and encourage innovation and creative thinking
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Creative Manager, Art Director, or similar role
- Strong background in both visual design and copywriting/content
- Experience managing creative teams (designers and writers)
- Excellent understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual communication
- Strong leadership, communication, and feedback skills
- Ability to balance creativity with deadlines and business objectives
