Senior BPMS Engine Developer

Job Description

 At Technolife, we are looking for a hands-on Senior BPMS Engine Developer to design, develop, and maintain business process management solutions.

You will work closely with operational and technical teams to implement workflows, develop process logic, integrate systems, and ensure stable and reliable process execution.

 

 Responsibilities

·       Design and implement workflows based on BPMN 2.0

·       Develop process forms, rules, timers, escalations, and access controls

·       Develop and maintain process logic using PHP

·       Design and implement REST APIs for system integration

·       Optimize SQL queries related to process execution and reporting

·       Monitor running processes and engine performance

·       Analyze and resolve process and system issues

·       Implement retry, reconcile, and error-handling mechanisms

·       Document processes, logic, and integrations

·       Collaborate with operational stakeholders and technical teams

 

 Requirements

·       Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in BPMS or workflow engine development

·       Strong proficiency in PHP

·       Solid knowledge of REST APIs and secure integration concepts

·       Strong SQL skills

·       Practical experience with BPMN 2.0

·       Experience working with Git and release processes

·       Strong debugging skills and log analysis experience

 

 Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience with enterprise BPMS engines

·       Familiarity with monitoring and observability concepts

·       Experience with process mining and operational KPIs
