

The SEO Manager at Digikala is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive sustainable organic growth across a large-scale eCommerce and marketplace platform. This role requires deep expertise in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, strong analytical skills, and close collaboration with product, content, and engineering teams.
● Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO & M.A.G (Measurement, Analysis, Growth) strategy
● Plan, monitor, and optimize SEO performance based on defined KPIs and OKRs
● Manage and optimize On-site and Off-site SEO initiatives at scale
● Design and implement a robust keyword discovery strategy for category, product, and content pages
● Develop and manage link-building and digital PR strategies
● Identify, prioritize, and resolve technical SEO issues (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema, JS SEO, etc.)
● Collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement SEO improvements
● Analyse performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, and professional SEO platforms
● Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities
● Lead, mentor, and evaluate SEO team members
● Prepare clear analytical and executive-level SEO reports
● 4–6+ years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably in large-scale websites or eCommerce)
● Strong expertise in Technical SEO
● Proven experience with large-scale SEO and high-URL-count websites
● Advanced knowledge of SEO and analytics tools
● Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and updates
● Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
● Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
● Experience with Product SEO is a plus
