

*Being fully compliant with Danone’ global and local BMS policies (e.g promote breastfeeding as the best nutrition for all infants and babies, not performing educational functions in relation to pregnant women or mothers of infants and young children).
*Ensure frequent visits (SPV herself/ himself to visit regularly) of the current and future KOL’s in all areas to maintain and develop professional relationship & improve the advocacy level to support our Brands in the market to leverage brand recommendation.
*Integrity with other supervisors and other teams. Integrity in business activities aligned with FFM and Medcial Director.
*Liaise with and build professional relationship with key contacts of the main medical, health and nutritional bodies to facilitate regulatory policy lobbying.
*Conduct periodic market visits to resolve any consumer problems.
* Analyze the sales every month / area to measure the efforts of the team & to find the strength & weakness and also recommend corrective actions.
*Coach and develop each individual team members in terms of: Daily job which means territory management, and efficacy of calls, organizational behavior in line with Danone Behaviors framework, competencies for the current job as well as possible developmental path/ career plan.
*Conducting double visits for support and coaching purposes.
*Daily & weekly meetings to review and discuss the market situation and daily medical operation and to review if sales plans are in line with cycle objectives.
