Responsibilities:

• Strong command of product management concepts and value-added services (VAS) architecture
• Ability to document technical and business requirements and interactions clearly and effectively
• Design of simple and effective UX/Flow for digital products
• Define and maintain the Product Backlog
• Design and analyze Customer Journeys
• Prepare and present management reports related to the product development process

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Jira
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts and tools
• General computer literacy (ICDL)
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical language
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills
• A responsible, agile, and result-oriented mindset
• Work experience in fintech or telecommunication service domains
• Familiarity with the telecom and electronic payment industries
• Sufficient technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with development teams
