Machine Learning Expert

We are a data-driven fintech company that offers loan and credit facilities such. As we continue to expand our operations and strive for innovation, we are actively seeking a motivated and talented candidate to join our team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for a variety of projects, including credit scoring, predicting various business variables, fraud detection, risk assessment.

Responsibilities:

• Work with data on transactions, users, and merchants including analysis and any pre-processing that might be needed.
• Develop and implement production-grade services based on data mining and machine learning which may include classification, pattern mining, clustering, association rule mining and anomaly detection.
• Communicate the results of your analysis to stakeholders in a way that they can understand and use to make business decisions.
• Work with other data scientists, software engineers, and product owners to deliver tasks.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in data science and credit-based products.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in computer science, statistics, or a related field.
• +5 years of experience in machine learning, data mining and statistics.
• A strong working knowledge of Python is essential.
• Knowledge of credit scoring models is a plus.
• Experience with statistics, probability distributions, and sampling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
