The Product Designer is responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital product experiences.
This role collaborates closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to turn ideas into practical design solutions.
The focus is on solving user problems while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
Responsibilities:
Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for digital products.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers throughout the product lifecycle.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback.
Translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.
Contribute to and maintain the product design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
Iterate on designs based on data, feedback, and technical constraints.
Document design decisions and present them to stakeholders.
Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer.
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma (required); Sketch or Adobe XD is a plus.
Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
Experience working with design systems and scalable digital products.
Strong problem-solving and user-centered thinking skills.
Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
Good communication skills to present and justify design decisions.
