About the role:
Empower teams to make faster and smarter decisions by clearly measuring performance, optimizing processes, and turning operational data into actionable insights, ensuring that growth, resource usage, and service quality remain measurable, intentional, and scalable.
Responsibility:
- Measure and track team performance using clear, data-driven metrics
- Define, monitor, and continuously improve operational KPIs
- Review existing processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Design and implement optimized workflows that scale with team growth
- Analyze team capacity and workforce needs, including headcount planning and hiring impact
- Build and maintain dashboards and operational reports in Metabase
- Turn operational data into actionable insights for decision-making
- Lead operational improvement initiatives from problem definition to execution
- Monitor operational risks and performance of internal teams and partners
- Ensure operational metrics are transparent, reliable, and aligned with business goals
Job requirements:
- +1 year of relevant experience in operations, operational excellence, or process improvement
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems and find practical solutions
- Proven experience in defining, evaluating, and implementing operational processes
- Solid understanding of capacity planning, headcount analysis, and hiring impact
- Experience working with data and BI tools, preferably Metabase
- Ability to turn raw data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills, especially when explaining data-driven decisions
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, HR, and business teams
