

Job Description:
Monitor shipments from A to Z and ensure smooth execution of documentation and operations.
Track shipment status and keep sales teams and clients informed.
Resolve documentation or operational issues during the shipment process.
Enter and maintain accurate shipment data in the freight forwarding system.
Prepare and send Shipping Advice and Arrival Notices.
Coordinate with carriers, agents, border authorities, and other service providers.
Review and revise shipping documents, including B/L, Invoice, and Packing List.
Issue invoices to clients and release documents and EPL after settlement.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong knowledge of shipping documents (MBL, FBL, TBL, CMR, AWB).
Familiar with import, export, transit, and multimodal shipments.
Experience with freight forwarding software (e.g., SABA, OTMS).
Knowledge of Incoterms and international transport regulations.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a team.
