POSITION SUMMARY

·       Support the businesses by providing accurate and on-time financial reports, and provide managers good visibility on current profitability as well as forecasting profitability for the way forward. 

·       Providing visibility to the management on country's political and economic changes.

·       Monitor Companies KPI on a monthly basis (Specially MOGE) and ensuring YE achievements.

·       Strategic business partner to the BUs (both locally and in MENA HO) for their long-term strategy as well as short term financial choices.                                                                                     

                                                                                      

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

 

·       Support business by providing financial analysis at product and customer level

·       Ensure Pricing process is done properly and on time to maintain product profitability at a healthy level

·       Responsible for preparation of budgeting and financial forecasting of all P&L lines  

·       Monthly updates to managements on the performance of all business units and company overhead costs        

·       Monitor Company’s KPI (Forecast accuracy) on monthly basis and ensuring the YE achievement

·       Conduct /support improvements projects that will bring improvement to productivity and /or cost reductions. Conduct cost analysis to ensure cost optimization

·       Support business by providing P&L forecast for I&R projects and then track the actuals to ensure each product launch profitability

·       Promote clear understanding of the financials concept and key figures, including organizing training sessions.                                               

·       Coach and develop DS analysts as individuals and as a team, including career and succession planning.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    
 

What will make you successful?

- Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance experience.
- Strong financial skills
- Ability to work under pressure and ability to handle complexity
- Previous experience in multinational companies
- Experience in Team management
- Fluent in English & Farsi (Written/Verbal)"
