About the Role

To manage and retain onboarded & potential social commerce merchants by ensuring operational excellenc and consistent support across active categories.

Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the primary contact point for active and potential Social Commerce merchants
  • Support merchant activity (Contracts, payment, SLA compliance) through direct communication.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with merchants to collect feedback, identify pain points, and upsell new features or campaigns.
  • Support merchants in adopting SnappPay’s BNPL features and best practices to boost order volume and customer trust.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Support teams for settlement accuracy and dispute resolution.
  • Track merchant satisfaction and retention metrics; initiate reactivation plans for low-performing or inactive merchants.
  • Document success stories, insights, and improvement recommendations for cross-functional reporting.

Job requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal + written).
  • Familiarity with Instagram business pages, e-commerce platforms, and local social commerce dynamics.
  • Disciplined in documentation
  • Customer-centric mindset with resilience in handling objections.
  • Teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work under weekly performance cycles.
  • Ability to handle wage situations
