Job Description

  • Partner with business leaders to translate business and fintech growth strategies into effective people plans.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational design for scaling teams, especially within technology, product, and operations functions. 
  • Own and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding. 
  • Lead performance management processes, ensuring clear goal setting, continuous feedback, and fair evaluation practices. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, ensuring consistent decision-making aligned with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Monitor employee engagement and experience metrics, supporting initiatives that drive retention, productivity, and high performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and Finance teams to deliver seamless HR operations.
  • Analyze HR data (e.g., turnover, engagement, absenteeism, performance trends) and provide insights to support leadership decisions.
  • Champion DigiPay’s culture, values, ethics, and compliance standards across assigned business units. 
  • Lead talent review, succession planning, and capability development for critical and leadership roles.
  • Coordinate performance calibration and promotion committees to ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role, preferably in fintech, tech, or fast-growing organizations.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, labor law, and employee relations in regulated environments.
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and deliver practical HR solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Experience using HR systems, people analytics, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and change management skills.
