Job Description

To provide executive and operational support to the Myli Development Manager by coordinating cross-functional activities, following up on contracts and legal processes, and ensuring smooth collaboration between Development, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams throughout the store opening lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cross-Department Coordination

  • Act as the main coordination point between Myli Development and internal departments including Legal, Finance, and Operations
  • Schedule and follow up on cross-functional meetings and prepare meeting minutes
  • Ensure timely communication and alignment among all stakeholders

2. Contract & Legal Follow-up

  • Coordinate the contract review process with the Legal department
  • Follow up on contract revisions, approvals, signatures, and archiving

3. Finance Coordination

  • Follow up with the Finance department on payments related to Myli development projects (rent, deposits, opening-related payments)
  • Track payment status and ensure alignment with project timelines
  • Assist in documentation related to invoices and financial approvals

4. Support to Store Development Team

  • Support Myli development specialists across Tehran and other cities
  • Track project progress from location approval to key handover
  • Assist the Myli Development Manager with reports, presentations, and project updates
  • Coordinate travel plans and logistics for the development team when required

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or related fields

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in an executive assistant, project coordination, or administrative role
  • Experience in retail, store development, real estate, or expansion projects is a plus

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • High attention to detail, especially in contracts and documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High level of confidentiality and reliability
