Job Description:

As a Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Define and maintain software development and architecture standards.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues and non-conformities.
• Review technical processes, artifacts, and documentation.
• Define, monitor, and analyze QA-related KPIs.
• Propose continuous improvement initiatives based on data and best practices.
• Prepare quality and performance reports.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• 5–8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 19011, ITIL, CMMI, BPMN.
• Familiarity with SDLC and quality auditing.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
