Job Description 
● Prepare a comprehensive budget that delivers the greatest value to the business. 
● Keep detailed records of daily revenue and cash flow at the business site and controls business P&L. 
● Report to the CEO when the business is over budget or not reaping expected profits. 
● Work with other managers and key departments of the organization such as marketing, financial, and especially sales and distribution channels. 
● Create a long-term business strategy. 
● Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. 
● Prepare a business plan and business model with the cooperation of the CEO. 
● Integrate supply chain and sales to enhance product profitability.

Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or other related fields. 
● Experience in business management positions with various types of businesses. 
● Experienced in sourcing, importing, and producing new products. 
● Familiar with product design. 
● Multitasking ability. 
● Excellent business analysis skills. 
● Great negotiation skills. 
● Great team building and leadership skills.
