Project Supervisor

• Manage each step of the project process, including the idea phase, feasibility assessment, capability evaluation, implementation, and delivery. This includes kickoffs, creating detailed project plans, and defining deliverables.
• Acquire and maintain technical and product knowledge to provide basic support to translators when needed.
• Oversee the end-to-end project workflow across the team.
• Document each step of the process and optimize it for efficiency.
• Prepare the Project Execution Plan (CEP).
• Identify the sequence of work and any internal or external dependencies.
• Estimate the duration and resource requirements for each task down to the work package level.
• Proactively assess project risks through prioritization, risk management, and other necessary methods.
• Establish alternative actions for identified risks and define the triggers for initiating those actions.
• Balance capital expenditure (capex) management with project budgets.
• Explore, assess, and select relevant technologies to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of localization and linguistic tasks.
• Define the most relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor metrics, and provide input on localization investments.
• Conduct a business case analysis for new projects.
• Track capacity utilization based on project plans (e.g., Long-Term Capacity Planning, Resource Capacity Distribution, and Short-Range).
• Develop the factory master plan.
• Check the capacity utilization of third-party resources.

Job Requirements: 

• Postgraduate level education in mechanical, Electrical or relevant engineering
• Experience in AM, PM, Quality and FI tools and processes, project and engineering
• Finance Knowledge (BC, saving calculation, CapEx, …)
• Knowledgeable about P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram) and Drawing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experienced with project management software.   
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication skills.
