

We are looking for a Product Management Assistant with strong communication skills and an analytical mindset to work closely with the product team. This role involves identifying customer needs, analyzing user behavior data, and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of the product. The position requires ongoing interaction with customers and close collaboration with technical and business teams.
Responsibilities
Review, document, and analyze customer requirements
Maintain continuous and effective communication with customers and collect both qualitative and quantitative feedback
Analyze user behavior data on the website and prepare analytical reports
Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and prioritize product requirements (Product Backlog)
Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective) and facilitate sessions when required
Clearly communicate user requirements to technical and design teams
Track tasks and ensure team deliverables are aligned with product goals
Requirements
Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into actionable documentation
Strong skills in collecting and analyzing user feedback
Familiarity with user behavior analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar platforms)
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
Good understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
Ability to organize and facilitate Scrum meetings
