HR Operations Specialist (Bazaar Pay)
We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support the Human Resources team in managing and executing day-to-day HR operational and administrative processes.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth execution of HR operations in a growing organization.
You will work closely with the HR and Finance teams, contributing to payroll administration, employee benefits management, HR documentation, and operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute HR administrative processes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collect, verify, and process monthly employee attendance records.
- Calculate payroll components such as wages, deductions, loans, medical expenses, benefits, and other employee perks.
- Coordinate employee benefits and perks processes through to the payment and settlement stage.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance team on payroll settlements and personnel-related financial reports.
- Process all HR paperwork and formalities for new joiners, including employment contracts, forms, and onboarding documentation.
- Prepare and manage administrative letters and HR documents such as confirmation letters, certificates, and termination letters.
- Maintain and regularly update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Plan, implement, and update employee welfare programs (e.g., insurance, facilities, meals, and other benefits).
- Stay up to date with labor laws and HR regulations to ensure compliance.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management.
- Assist employees by responding to inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and administrative matters.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in handling data and documentation.
- Solid understanding of payroll administration, attendance management, and HR administrative processes.
- Familiarity with HR systems, payroll tools, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility when handling employee information.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
