International Sourcing Specialist

Key Responsibilities: 

• Full knowledge of trade, customs, insurance, inspection regulations, and related processes.

• Expertise in the import process, from order registration to customs clearance.

• Proficient in the National Trade System (NTSW) and EPL systems, as well as the Comprehensive Warehousing System.

• Ability to obtain necessary permits from the Ministry of Industry, Mine, and Trade (Ministry of Industry, Mining and Trade) and other relevant authorities.

• Familiar with export logistics regulations.

• Ability to prepare and compile reports.

• Knowledge of foreign exchange and banking regulations.

• Expertise in Incoterms, ICC rules, and transportation regulations.

• Proficiency in sourcing and international sourcing.

Skills and Competencies:

• Mastery in correspondence and negotiations, Incoterms, import and export regulations, customs rules and their updates, order registration, banking, and transportation processes.

• Specialized knowledge of international trade laws.

• In-depth understanding of the requirements of the Standards Organization, inspection companies, and related laboratories.

• Active, precise, and responsible.

• Full proficiency in English.
