

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Trade Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE) Specialist to become a pivotal force in elevating our field and sales team capabilities. This hybrid role uniquely blends training excellence with data-driven insights. You will be responsible for designing impactful training programs and translating complex trade data into actionable strategies to drive growth in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. Key Responsibilities:
• Design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive training programs for Trade Marketing Representatives (TMR), store staff, and sales teams on product knowledge, merchandising standards, and trade strategies.
• Develop engaging instructional materials, workshop content, and e-learning modules to enhance field performance and brand advocacy.
• Continuously assess training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, refining content to meet evolving business and trade needs.
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple trade sources (e.g., sales, promotions, retail audits) to identify key trends and performance opportunities.
• Create clear visualizations, dashboards, and reports to support trade strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Synthesize data into strategic insights on shopper behavior, competitor activities, and overall trade performance.
• Collaborate on data modeling and forecasting to generate actionable business insights.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to provide recommendations for optimizing promotions, merchandising, and in-store activities.
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings and influence trade marketing decisions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across retail channels to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a trade marketing, commercial analytics, or training role within the FMCG industry.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of FMCG commercial metrics, trade terms, and retail landscape.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to train diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a rigorous, detail-oriented approach.
• Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
