

The purpose of this role is to lead and grow sales within specific product categories at Digikala. The Account Manager is responsible for increasing sales, optimizing product listings, and resolving operational issues for sellers. This position supports sellers in improving their performance and helps maintain a high level of sales performance through continuous support. In addition, the Account Manager is expected to strengthen relationships with sellers and provide optimal solutions related to inventory management, pricing, and operational performance indicators.
Category Sales Leadership: Drive growth and optimize sales within assigned product categories.
Seller Collaboration: Work closely with sellers to improve sales strategies and enhance the quality of product listings.
Inventory and Pricing Management: Monitor product inventory levels and pricing.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Evaluate sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) of sellers.
Peak Season Preparation: Support sellers in managing campaigns and sales peaks such as Black Friday.
Operational Issue Resolution: Address issues related to shipping delays, cancellations, returns, and warehouse capacity.
