
Pala Saze Energy Company is seeking to hire a professional, committed, and motivated individual to join its Administrative and Support Department on a full-time basis.
Preparing, drafting, and organizing administrative letters and internal communications
Assisting in recruitment processes and creating personnel files
Archiving, classifying, and maintaining administrative and HR documents (both physical and digital)
Updating personnel information in the HR system and related Excel files
Managing petty cash and recording expenses
Procuring and supplying office equipment and daily consumables
Coordinating schedules and meetings for senior management and the board of directors
Managing work calendars, coordinating meetings, and following up on board resolutions
Booking travel tickets and accommodation for employees’ business trips
Sending and tracking administrative and official packages and correspondence
Answering incoming calls and coordinating in-person and online communications
Coordinating and supervising cleaning and office service staff
Maintaining confidentiality of documents, correspondence, and managerial information
Minimum Associate or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management, Administrative Affairs, or related fields
Good command of administrative correspondence and formal business writing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (especially Excel)
Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and effective follow-up abilities
Professional communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality
