Job Description

To analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, develop data-driven reports, and provide actionable insights to product, sales, and marketing teams to optimize advertising efficiency and maximize revenue for the Adservice platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and maintain analytical dashboards to monitor key advertising performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct performance analysis of campaign types (e.g., SearchAds, Lightning, …) and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover patterns in product category performance, seller segmentation, purchase behavior, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to define event tracking and performance metrics in the Adservice platform.
  • Propose and support A/B testing to assess the impact of changes in algorithms or user experience on advertising outcomes.
  • Support the Adservice teams with advertiser performance reports and insights.
  • Document analytical models and deliver periodic reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Analyze ad-driven revenue, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and advertising-attributed sales to inform pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies.

Qualifications

Technical:

  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., BigQuery, PostgreSQL)
  • Strong experience with BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Metabase
  • Familiarity with Python for statistical analysis or reporting automation (a plus)
  • Solid knowledge of statistics, regression, clustering, and trend analysis
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM)

General:

  • Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and simple manner to non-technical stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and a strong analytical and commercial mindset
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
  • Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business or marketing data analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
  • Previous experience in e-commerce ecosystems or advertising platforms is a plus
