To analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, develop data-driven reports, and provide actionable insights to product, sales, and marketing teams to optimize advertising efficiency and maximize revenue for the Adservice platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain analytical dashboards to monitor key advertising performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct performance analysis of campaign types (e.g., SearchAds, Lightning, …) and identify optimization opportunities.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover patterns in product category performance, seller segmentation, purchase behavior, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to define event tracking and performance metrics in the Adservice platform.
- Propose and support A/B testing to assess the impact of changes in algorithms or user experience on advertising outcomes.
- Support the Adservice teams with advertiser performance reports and insights.
- Document analytical models and deliver periodic reports for management and stakeholders.
- Analyze ad-driven revenue, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and advertising-attributed sales to inform pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies.
Qualifications
Technical:
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., BigQuery, PostgreSQL)
- Strong experience with BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Metabase
- Familiarity with Python for statistical analysis or reporting automation (a plus)
- Solid knowledge of statistics, regression, clustering, and trend analysis
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM)

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business or marketing data analysis
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
- Previous experience in e-commerce ecosystems or advertising platforms is a plus
