Role and Responsibilities
As Office Manager, you are the operational backbone of our Tehran office. From streamlining admin workflows to managing inventory and coordinating with vendors, your day-to-day impact is felt across teams. You’ll partner closely with HR to support onboarding and event planning, and act as the go-to person for all things workspace-related. This is a full-time, in-person role with high visibility and room to grow
:Key responsibilities include
Oversee office logistics including supplies, maintenance, and space coordination
Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, events, and visitors
Support HR with onboarding, documentation, and culture initiatives
Manage vendor relationships and office expense tracking
Own office communication channels and keep daily operations running smoothly
Who You Are
You’re proactive, dependable, and thrive on structure. You take ownership of tasks without needing reminders and are comfortable balancing detail work with occasional urgent needs. This position sits within the HR department and requires a high level of coordination, discretion, and reliability.
3–5 years of experience in office management or administrative coordination
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing vendors and budgets
