MCU Firmware Developer (Bare Metal)

Desired Expectations
•    Develop low-level firmware for MCU-based systems
•    Implement and maintain device drivers and HAL/BSP layers
•    Work closely with hardware engineers during bring-up and debugging
•    Optimize firmware for performance, timing, and power consumption
•    Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
•    Support bootloader development and firmware update mechanisms

Required Skills
•    Strong C programming skills for embedded systems
•    Experience with ARM Cortex-M or RISC-V microcontrollers
•    Hands-on work with peripherals (SPI, I2C, UART, DMA, Timers, GPIO)
•    Familiarity with bootloaders and startup code
•    Experience with hardware debugging tools (logic analyzer, oscilloscope, JTAG)
•    Basic understanding of real-time constraints and power management
