At DigiPay, we’re looking for a Jira Administrator who enjoys building structure, improving workflows, and helping teams work more efficiently. This role is not just about managing tickets — it’s about designing and optimizing processes that actually fit how teams work.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Jira & Confluence as the backbone of work and knowledge management for a growing organization (500–1000 people).
- Design smart, scalable workflows that turn real business processes into simple, automated experiences.
- Build and maintain integrations and automations using modern tools like n8n, APIs, and webhooks.
- Connect Jira and Confluence with other internal tools (HR, ERP, CRM, messaging platforms, databases).
- Set lightweight standards, governance, and documentation that scale without slowing teams down.
- Continuously improve visibility, efficiency, and collaboration across teams.
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in real-world, fast-moving environments.
- Proven ability to design complex workflows and process architectures.
- Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
- Product- and process-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Clear communicator who enjoys working with both technical and non-technical teams.
