Head of Industrial Accounting

Job Description:
·        Lead and oversee cost accounting and fixed asset accounting processes.
·        Control recording and monitoring inventory movements in warehouse system and controlling related GL accounts and ensure proper accounting treatment.
·        Preparation of raw material and finished goods inventory reports on a required period.
·        Collaborate and support the budgeting and forecasting quarterly process and validating production plan and scenario planning.
·        Prepare and analyze manufacturing variance analysis reports.
·        Conduct and supervising year-end physical inventory count and preparing inventory reconciliation report.
·        Manage and control international purchase order and collaborate closely with warehouse, production, commercial and finance team.
·        Ensure strict integrity of financial and operational data and compliance with internal control requirements.

Required Skills:
·        Minimum of bachelor degree in accounting, finance or management.
·        Strong expertise in cost accounting and manufacturing concepts.
·        Advanced proficiency in Excel skills on preparing dynamic excel dashboards for reports, scenario planning, Rahkaran accounting system (preferred) and PowerPoint.
·        Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively within the team and departments.
·        Advanced English skills.
·        Experience working in manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies considered an advantage.
