Role Overview

As the Telesales Manager at Khodro45, you will oversee, coach, and motivate a high‑performing telesales team to achieve targets, convert leads, and deliver excellent customer experiences. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution and is ideal for someone passionate about sales, performance analytics, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading, mentoring, and managing the telesales team to consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Developing and implementing effective telesales strategies.
  • Monitoring performance metrics, analyzing results, and driving improvements.
  • Ensuring outstanding customer experience through quality call coaching and feedback.
  • Reporting on team performance, sales outcomes, and forecasting future growth.
