This position is responsible for identifying, recruiting, developing, and managing a nationwide network of sales representatives in order to expand market coverage, drive sales growth, and build long-term, effective partnerships across the organization’s target markets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit potential sales representatives in target regions.
- Design and execute sales representative acquisition and expansion programs.
- Conduct introduction sessions, interviews, and evaluations of representative applicants.
- Coordinate and follow up on contract signing and onboarding of representatives.
- Create, maintain, and continuously update the representatives database.
- Monitor representative performance and provide recommendations to improve sales results.
- Collaborate in setting sales targets and tracking KPI achievement.
- Identify inactive or underperforming representatives and implement reactivation plans.
- Train representatives on products, services, sales processes, and operational standards.
- Prepare periodic recruitment and performance reports and propose market development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, representative recruitment, or sales network development. Experience working with indirect sales channels is considered an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
