OSS & Tools Expert

The key Professional Competencies & Responsibilities :

• Familiar to concept of Machine Learning and Advance Python language .(First Priority)
• Development, Change & Maintenance Software Monitoring Tools 
• Perform Software development and application support for the related OSS, NMS, monitoring and applications. 
• Detect applications and monitoring problems, define action plan to solve them.
• Prepare weekly meetings for the application support or development to define action plan regarding the on-going trouble tickets, prepare CR/Work order with network performance and optimization department taking.
• Requires comprehensive but not in-depth knowledge of OSS , Monitoring and DevOps for the purposes of fault diagnosis and remedial action.
• Understanding and analyses the Application/DB Traces/logs.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
