AI/ML Engineer

We are expanding our AI team at Azkivam.com to build intelligent systems that address real-world challenges in digital lending and credit assessment. Our mission is to design and scale AI-driven mechanisms that enhance loan decision-making, risk monitoring, and user behavior analysis across our platform. As part of this growth, we are strengthening our AI-powered monitoring and analytics systems for both lending operations and active users.

We are seeking a Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence Engineer who can transform complex fintech challenges into scalable, production-ready AI solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of adaptive and intelligent models, participate in building end-to-end AI pipelines, and help shape the future of our data-driven decision systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and data pipelines in production environments.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust ML/AI solutions.
• Develop and implement adaptive and generative models for structured and tabular financial data.
• Design and implement flow management paradigms, agentic AI systems, and LLM-based architectures.
• Build and maintain end-to-end AI systems, from data ingestion and modelling to deployment and monitoring.
• Document system architectures, data flows, and processes to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Drive technical innovation through continuous research and the application of state-of-the-art theories, techniques, and technologies in AI and machine learning.

Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive background in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, with practical experience deploying models in real-world systems.
• Experience with tabular and financial data, including feature engineering and model evaluation.
• Proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with LLMs, generative models, and agent-based AI systems is a strong advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for applying AI to high-impact, real-world challenges.
• Knowledge of designing scalable ML pipelines and MLOps workflows, and production-grade systems.
• Knowledge of fintech, credit scoring, risk modelling, or lending systems is highly desirable.
