As a Senior Product Manager, you will be at the heart of this mission, transforming insights into solutions, aligning business goals with Seller needs, and helping shape products that truly make a difference. Your role will directly impact how we empower our seller to succeed and grow in a competitive landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Define and prioritize product requirements and manage the backlog based on business impact and user needs.
• Conduct user behavior analysis and discovery to understand real user pain points.
• Analyze product performance data using SQL and tools like GA4 to make data-driven decisions.
• Define, monitor, and iterate on success metrics.
• Create clear and structured documentation including PRDs, user stories, feature specs, and analytical reports.
• Collaborate on product strategy and align the roadmap with company-wide goals.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Product Manager role.
• Hands-on experience leading the full product cycle from discovery to delivery.
• Insurance-related knowledge (including familiarity with insurance products, sales processes, and policy issuance) is an advantage.
• Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and outcome-oriented decision-making.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with engineers, designers, and marketers.
• A strong user-centric mindset and the ability to turn user insights into actionable product solutions.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
