Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise network performance using specialized tools and dashboards.
• Identify, analyze, and report incidents and potential network disruptions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve initial issues (First Level Support).
• Record and document incidents, tickets, and network changes.
• Support daily operational activities within the Network Operations Center (NOC).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching).
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools is considered an advantage.
• Strong interest in learning and developing technical skills in the NOC domain.
• High attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts is required
