- Perform accurate monthly budget forecasting by monitoring variances between forecasts and actual results.
- Handle a diverse range of customer, supplier, or operational issues professionally.
- Support the development and implementation of Unilever's procurement strategies and policies.
- Provide market intelligence, supplier capabilities, and capacity to support innovation projects.
- Prepare and present detailed presentations for mid-level and senior stakeholders.
- Assess and identify the appropriate supplier base to meet the needs of the business.
- Directly lead or coordinate large procurement projects as needed.
- Deliver cost savings based on sourcing strategies and compliance management.
- Ensure the satisfaction of Unilever's internal customers with the services provided by the procurement organization.
- Lead the localization of materials within his/her portfolio.
Experience Required:
- bachelor's degree plus relevant experience
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain functions, or R&D
- Fluency in English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong presentation skills.
