Responsibilities:

• Defining KPIs: Establish key performance indicators for all business functions, create a monitoring framework, and translate KPIs into actionable plans for the company.
• Identifying and Pursuing New Business Opportunities: Lead planning efforts and explore ideas for expanding the company’s growth opportunities in diverse areas.
• Developing and Implementing Business Strategy: Own the strategy development process and work to execute strategic plans that align with company goals.
• Managing Program of the company: Define next steps of the company and ensure that each business function follows the strategic direction based on performance data and KPI outcomes.

Requirements:

• +4 years of experience in business development, data analysis, or product management roles.
• Proficiency in English is required
• Proven track record in executing data-driven strategies and achieving performance goals.
• Proven project management experience, managing multiple initiatives and timelines effectively.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into an actionable strategy.
• High adaptability and excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges with a creative and solution-focused approach
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Outstanding project management skills, with sharp attention to detail, the ability to manage time efficiently, and demonstrate high dedication and ownership.
