We’re looking for a Technical Team Lead who is both a strong engineer and a people leader — someone who enjoys building systems, mentoring developers, and owning technical outcomes end to end.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of backend, frontend, and DevOps engineers

• Stay hands-on while guiding architecture and core technical decisions

• Own the scalability, reliability, and performance of critical systems

• Collaborate closely with product and business teams to turn ideas into production-ready solutions

• Review code and set high engineering standards

• Drive architectural discussions and technical roadmap

• Improve observability, reliability, and deployment pipelines
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience

• 2+ years leading or mentoring engineers

• Strong backend expertise (Laravel, Node.js, or similar)

• Solid system design and database knowledge (MySQL, distributed systems experience is a plus)

• Experience running production systems using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
  Strong decision-making and communication skills

• Ability to balance technical quality with fast-moving business needs

• Experience building high-scale platforms (logistics, fintech, marketplaces)

• Event-driven systems (Kafka, Debezium, streaming architectures)

• Performance tuning and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
