About the Role
At Miare, we are looking for a Commercial Growth Manager to own and drive revenue growth across a defined segment of our high-volume, non-API customers. This role focuses on increasing revenue, activating and reactivating customers, and scaling usage by ensuring that service quality translates into sustainable and measurable business growth.
You will work closely with sales, after-sales, operations, and technical teams to identify and remove growth blockers, improve commercial workflows, and turn customer activity into long-term revenue.
Key Responsibilities:Own lead generation and maintain clear, structured reporting on the sales funnel to track progress against defined revenue targets.
Activate new customers who have not previously worked with Miare.
Reactivate customers who have previously worked with Miare but have become inactive.
Provide accurate, data-based reports (not subjective analysis) on blockers to trip growth, combining customer feedback with operational data.
Manage the sales and after-sales team related to this segment, including:
Establishing structured operating syncs
Replacing manual or fragmented issue-handling processes with scalable workflows
Eliminate call-based renewal processes and move toward structured, scalable renewal mechanisms.
Ensure service quality is fully aligned with the service package purchased by each customer.
Contribute to funding service quality improvements and R&D through the sale of higher-tier service packages, in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Work closely with technical teams to prioritize bugs or technical limitations that block service growth, from onboarding and registration to ongoing panel usage.
This role requires strong ownership, execution, and decision-making in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment. The ideal candidate can balance revenue growth, customer activation, and service quality while coordinating across multiple teams. This role operates within existing organizational constraints and requires strong alignment with cross-functional stakeholders, while maintaining the ability to move from insight to action without close supervision or micromanagement.
Requirements:Proven experience in revenue growth, commercial operations, sales management, or customer portfolio management.
Demonstrated ownership of revenue targets and customer activation or retention outcomes.
Hands-on experience in activating, reactivating, and scaling customer usage (not only closing deals).
Experience working with sales funnels, customer segmentation, and performance tracking.
Ability to work effectively in environments with incomplete data and evolving processes.
Strong collaboration experience with technical, product, and operations teams.
Strong execution mindset with a high sense of ownership.
Ability to translate customer feedback and operational data into concrete, actionable steps.
Structured thinking and problem-solving skills.
Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfort operating in fast-paced, growth-oriented startup environments.
Experience in marketplace, logistics, delivery, or vendor-based platforms.
Background in managing customer lifecycle growth, including activation and reactivation.
Familiarity with scalable commercial workflows and operational tooling.
Experience working with regional or distributed sales models.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced degrees are a plus but not required.
