Senior Network Administrator is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, optimizing, and securing the organization’s network infrastructure. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of network services across the organization.

 Key Responsibilities

•  Configure, manage, and maintain network devices including switches, routers, and firewalls. 
•  Apply firmware updates, patches, and manage network changes according to best practices.
•  Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous service availability.
• Analyze logs, respond to incidents, and participate in network hardening and security assessments.
•  Design, implement, and document reliable and scalable network architectures (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN) with high availability and redundancy.
• Implement and enforce network security measures including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, and security policies.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, System, and Security teams while mentoring junior team members and contributing to technical decisions.
