IT Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and monitor the company’s network infrastructure (both active and passive components)
• Handle daily IT operations, troubleshooting, and end-user support
• Ensure quick service recovery and minimal downtime
• Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions to improve efficiency
• Diagnose and resolve network, system, and hardware issues
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth and secure IT services

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior IT Engineer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), servers, and IT infrastructure
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and end-user support
• Experience with automation tools/services is a strong advantage
• Ability to work independently and handle critical issues efficiently
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
