

The Retail HSE Manager is responsible for developing, leading, and overseeing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems across all retail stores. This role ensures compliance with legal and corporate requirements while maintaining a safe environment for employees, customers, and contractors.
Responsiblities:
Develop and implement HSE strategies, policies, and objectives across all retail stores
Ensure compliance with local HSE laws, regulations, and internal standards
Lead and manage the HSE team across multiple store locations
Oversee risk assessments, safety inspections, and HSE audits
Manage retail-specific risks (slips & falls, fire safety, electrical safety, ergonomics, crowd safety)
Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations and root cause analysis
Monitor HSE performance through KPIs and management reports
Lead emergency preparedness planning, fire drills, and crisis response
Route Couse the incident and injury related
Skills:
leadership and people management skills
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations applicable to retail operations
Excellent communication, training, and reporting skills
Ability to engage with senior management and operational teams
Requirements:
Experience in retail, FMCG, or multi‑location operations
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Health
Ability to travel for business purposes
Proficiency in English language
Proficient in MS Office and HSE reporting tools
Hands-on experience in risk assessment, safety audit, incident and injury investigation, and route course
Experience in risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
At least 6 years of experience in the same field
