We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to manage and maintain a hybrid infrastructure consisting of Linux and Windows servers. The ideal candidate will have strong operational experience, a deep understanding of system architecture, and the ability to implement automation and ensure service reliability.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Linux servers (Ubuntu, RHEL) in production environments
• Implement and maintain automation frameworks and configuration management
• Support containerized services and service-oriented architectures
• Maintain web servers, databases, and communication systems
• Manage Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, Exchange, and high-availability services
• Automate operational tasks through scripting (Bash, PowerShell)
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot performance issues, and manage incidents
• Implement and enforce backup, patching, and security practices
• Document system configurations, operational procedures, and changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service stability and scalability

 

Requirements:

• Linux & Open Source
• Strong experience with Ubuntu and RHEL
• Knowledge of service management, package management, and performance tuning
• Experience with containerized services (Docker)
• Familiarity with web servers, relational databases, and telephony/communication services

 

Microsoft Infrastructure

• Experience managing Windows Server environments
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and related services
• Understanding of high-availability and clustered environments
• Experience with MSSQL Server and scripting for automation

 

Operations & Automation

• Strong scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell)
• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, log analysis, and incident management
• Awareness of system security best practices

 

Preferred

• Experience in hybrid, production-scale infrastructures
• Knowledge of operational standards and best practices
• Experience in high-availability or mission-critical environments
• Strong documentation and operational runbook skills
