Frontend Engineer (React & Next.js)

 
Responsibilities

• Build and maintain modern web applications using React.js and Next.js
• Develop reusable, maintainable, and well-tested UI components
• Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and accessibility
• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into clean, functional code
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs or GraphQL
• Write clean, readable, and scalable code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend architecture decisions
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing features
• Stay up to date with modern frontend trends and technologies

 
Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Solid experience with React.js and Next.js
• Good understanding of SSR, SSG, ISR, and client-side rendering
• Experience with modern styling solutions (CSS Modules, Tailwind, Styled Components, or similar)
• Familiarity with REST APIs and/or GraphQL
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows
• Understanding of web performance optimization and SEO basics
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code

 
Nice to Have

• Experience with App Router and Server Components in Next.js
• Knowledge of frontend testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Cypress)
• Experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, React Query, etc.)
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
• Basic understanding of backend concepts (Node.js, databases, authentication)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment platforms (Vercel, Netlify)
