

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff, delegating tasks and reviewing performance.
Financial Reporting & Closing: Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
Compliance & Auditing: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards, while supporting internal and external audits.
Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, forecasts, and budget reports for management.
Operational Control: Oversee cash disbursements, approve journal entries, and maintain internal controls.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and tax regulations
Proven ability to manage a team, prioritize tasks, and report effectively to the Finance Manager
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Professional proficiency in English for business communication
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and strong analytical abilities
