Responsibilities:


Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases covering functional, regression, integration, end‑to‑end, and performance testing.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to fully understand requirements, acceptance criteria, system workflows, and potential risk
Perform manual testing with a strong emphasis on exploratory testing, usability evaluation, negative scenarios, and edge cases across both web and mobile platforms.
Validate business logic, data integrity, and complete user journeys across multiple interconnected services.
Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for UI, API, and regression testing.
Contribute to the overall test automation strategy, focusing on structure, coverage, scalability, and maintainability.
Monitor test execution results, analyze failures, and ensure timely triage and resolution of identified issues.
Conduct thorough API testing, validating request/response schemas, business logic, error handling, and performance characteristics.
Trace and verify end‑to‑end API flows using observability tools such as Kibana, leveraging logs and distributed tracing to identify issues and confirm system behavior.
Support root cause analysis by correlating test failures with application logs and trace data.
Execute and maintain test coverage for Android and iOS applications, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
Collaborate on mobile test automation initiatives using tools such as Appium or similar frameworks.
Log, prioritize, and track defects using tools like Jira, ensuring clear reproduction steps, impact assessment, and proper follow‑up.
Work closely with developers to reproduce issues, perform root cause analysis, and validate fixes.
Provide clear, actionable reporting on test coverage, pass/fail rates, defect trends, and key quality metrics.

Basic familiarity with testing tools such as Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, or similar (considered a plus).
Introductory knowledge of API testing and tools like Postman or Swagger (considered a plus).
Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, or office automation tools (considered a plus).
