Milli is a growing fintech startup operating in a regulated environment and looking for a Senior Legal & Compliance Specialist to strengthen compliance, proactively manage legal risk, and support the business as we scale.

Responsibilities
Improve compliance processes and preventive legal controls.
Review regulatory complaints and customer-facing legal responses.
Identify compliance gaps and regulatory risks.
Assess products and processes for regulatory compliance.
Support contract drafting, review, and template improvement.
Provide practical legal guidance to internal teams.
Stay current with fintech-related laws and regulations.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law.
3+ years of in-house legal experience.
Strong knowledge of compliance and contract law.
Familiarity with fintech regulations.
Experience working with regulators.
English proficiency (B2+).
