The Mission

At Bridge, we are building a new generation of integrated business tools. The local enterprise landscape has long been defined by legacy systems that are functional but often counter-intuitive. We aren't just looking to improve existing models; we want to redefine how business software feels and functions. Our goal is to create world-class products that prove sophisticated business logic can be elegant and seamless.

What You’ll Do

• Workflow Transformation: Don't just digitize a paper process—reimagine it. You will take complex business requirements and design "out-of-the-box" solutions that simplify the user's life.
• The "Domain Expert" Approach: You will need to learn fast and think like the end-user (whether they are an accountant, a manager, or a specialist). You’ll master their domain logic to ensure the design solves real-world problems.
• System Architecture: Build and maintain a modular Figma design system. We need scalable components that allow us to move fast without losing visual or functional consistency.
• High-Fidelity Execution: Move from abstract wireframes to polished, dev-ready interfaces. Your prototypes should serve as a clear, interactive blueprint for the engineering team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure the "future" we are designing is technically feasible and high-performing.

 
What We’re Looking For

• First-Principles Thinking: You don't just follow UI trends. You look at a problem and ask "what is the best way to solve this?" regardless of how it was done before.
• Extreme Adaptability: You have the intellectual curiosity to dive into complex business logic. You can talk shop with an accountant today and a developer tomorrow.
• Figma Mastery: You are an expert in Auto-Layout, Nested Components, and Variables. Your files are organized, logical, and built for scale.
• Efficiency: You have a high-velocity workflow. You are comfortable taking a brief and running with it to a final, polished state.
