Key Responsibilities
Conversion Funnel Optimization
- Analyze the acquisition-to-first-purchase funnel (Visit → Sign Up → Verification → Activation → First Purchase)
- Identify drop-off points and propose actionable improvements
- Design and execute A/B tests for key pages and conversion steps
- Optimize landing pages, forms, CTAs, and payment flow
Activation & First Purchase Optimization
- Analyze new user behavior and identify barriers to first purchase
- Design and optimize onboarding flows
- Create and implement trigger-based and behavioral scenarios to increase first purchase rate
- Execute behavioral campaigns using marketing automation tools
- Optimize trust signals, messaging, and offer framing
Data Analysis & Decision Making
- Work with GA4 and user behavior analytics tools
- Extract actionable insights from data
- Provide regular reports on funnel performance and experiment results
- Collaborate closely with Product and UX teams to implement improvements
Key KPIs
- Registration Conversion Rate
- Activation Rate
- First Purchase Conversion Rate
- Drop-off reduction in verification and payment steps
- Visitor-to-First-Buyer conversion improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ECRM, CRO, Growth, or related roles
- Strong proficiency in GA4 and analytics tools
- Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests
- Practical experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., WebEngage, Insider, or similar platforms)
- Strong understanding of customer journey and onboarding optimization
- Experience in fintech or transactional platforms is a plus
